Voted that John Silvernail is be the asesor for the comming year
motioned and carried that PP Whitbeck be the moderator for the comming year
Motioned and carried that the director have three dollars for his services
Motioned PB Whitbeck that there be three dollars raised for the expence of the District-Carried-
It was then motioned and carried that VP Whitbeck be paid 76 cents for money paid out by him
Motioned by VP Whitbeck that there be ten months school during the ensuing year.  Carried
Motioned and carried that there be three months schooling by a man teacher--motioned that two thirds of the public money be devoted to the winters school--carried
Motioned and carried that we adjourn until the next annual meeting-carried

The number of schollars in District No 9 for the year of 1855 is thirty seven (37)  There remains one 70/100 dollars in the hands of John Silvernail as director of said District
voted that William J. Whitbeck be the director for the coming year in this district
Voted that Volkert P. Whitbeck be the assessor for this district the coming year
Voted that Theron B. Sealy be moderator in this District the coming year
Motioned and carried that the director have three dollars for his services the coming year
Motioned and carried by unanimous vote that three dollars be raised for the expenses of the district the comming year
Motioned and carried by unanimous vote that there be ten months school kept in this district the coming year
I do certify that I will serve as officer in School District No9 for the ensuing year

Motioned that the District rais a school tax of fifty cents per scholar cared
Motioned that the District pay J Silvernail for repairs on said schoolhous
