It's voted to have ten months school the ensuing year.  It voted to have a woman school, voted that two third the Publik money paid for the winter school.
and the remainder for the summer school.  It is voted to rais three dollars for the Director.  It voted to rais ten dollars for to build a back hous and repairs to the house.  Voted to raise fifty cents on the schollor the house to be six feet high five by ten long and in a workman like manner.

received $20 schollar tax.  Received $18.39 public money, raised $3.57 cts direct tax on winter school. raised $8.41 cts direct tax on summer school paid Emily Hill $26 for winter school at $2 for 13 weeks.  Paid Rachel Likely $24.37 for summer school 13 weeks at 15 Shillings per week.  Number of schollars in District on 14th day of Sept numbered 33

it is voted that there shall be xxxx 76 cents raised for back xxxx
it is voted that three dollars be raised for the services of director
it voted that three dollars be raised for neccary repairs for the school house
it is voted that fifty cents be raised to the schollar for the support of school
it is voted that we have a man teacher for the winter school
it is voted that two thirds the jumble (?) money be applied to the winter school and one third to the sumer school
it is voted that we adjourn our meeting from this place to the next meting

The undersigned members of the district Board of School district No 9 Township of Pittsford do here-by appoint John Silvernail jr. assesor of said district to fill the vacancy occasioned by the removal by resignation of David Monroe
The late assesor dated this 22 day of January 1853
